Born in Mississippi (sounds like BBQ sauce to me!) in February of 2003, JC Lathem grew up in Wisconsin (sounds like cheese to me!). Down 24 at the half, as a sophomore noseguard for his high school team, he forced 3 fumbles in the second half of the State Championship to help win a 37-24 come-back victory!
“Some guys grow up when they’re 40 (years old),” his HS Coach Young said, “others do it when they’re 20.”
He played for Alabama for three years and started for two of them. In those two years, he allowed TWO sacks and was available for every game. JC Lathem is 6’6” and 342 pounds and has a 35-inch arm length! AND He ran the forty in 4.85 seconds!!! He is a man (sounds like 2 patties to me!) among boys! So, let’s celebrate our newest Titan with a DOUBLE patty, add BBQ sauce and of course cheese! Heck let’s make it with lots of cheese! How about a slice of Pepper Jack, Cheddar, Swiss and American!
